What counts as an "active" participant?

A participant is active if they have an active plan AND have had at least one billable shift in the last 30 days, OR have been onboarded in the last 30 days. Historical and exited participants are not counted, so you are never penalised for keeping records.

A participant is active if they have an active NDIS plan AND have had at least one billable shift in the last 30 days, or have been onboarded in the last 30 days. You are never billed for historical or exited participants.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated immediately. No penalties.
No. The free trial gives you 30 days of the full Growth tier with no credit card required. The optional onboarding and data migration package ($1,500) is available if you want hands-on help getting started. It is included free on the Scale tier.
Yes. All data is stored in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Database, files, cache, backups, and email delivery are all in Australian data centres. No personal information is transferred outside Australia.
The optional onboarding package includes guided migration from spreadsheets or your current system. We help you import participants, workers, and plans. This is included free on the Scale tier.
Your data is preserved for 30 days in read-only mode. You can convert to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial. After 60 days of inactivity, data is exported and the account is closed.
